On the photo on this page, I present my Sony RX10 M4 equipment (status: end of March 2019). Please note that the purpose for showing my equipment is to give recommendations to other Sony RX10 M4 users or prospective users, not to boast with what we own.

Here is my Sony RX10 M4 equipment from end of March 2019:

Overview

Top left: Sony RX10 M4 ("off") with lens hood and neck strap (both delivered with the camera)
Top center: Peak Design Leash shoulder strap
Top right: Peak Design Cuff wrist strap
Bottom left: USB charger BC-TRW with cable (bought additionally for the M3)
Bottom left: Second battery NP-FW50 (bought additionally for the M3)
Bottom right: Remote commander Sony RM-SPR1, which can also be used at the RX10 M4 (bought in March 2018 for the Sony RX100 M4).

The first battery NP-FW50 and an SD memory card reside in the camera. When I purchased the camera, an LCD screen protector was added to the camera.
